This was the cleanest, friendliest and well run hotel we have visited, excellent location, shopping and cinema just across the street, lovely food, smiling faces on reception and in the restaurant, would highly recommend and will definately visit again, great value for money, only negative thing perhaps would be the £5 per night parking charge.

All well apart from 2 small incidents - the hotel couldn't find my booking for a while but resolved it in the end. Also I ordered evening room service which didn't arrive as they'd written the room number down incorrectly. I had to wait whilst they cooked it again so in all waited 70 mins for an omelette. They were very polite about it and removed the "tray charge" when I asked. Overall, staff VERY polite and couldn't do enough to help, from bringing extra towels to booking a taxi. Extra charge for room service breakfast was a bit steep at £8 on top of the inclusive rate.

the hotel was lovely..... nicely placed and easy to find. room good and service great. breakfast was a bit of a free-for-all....... very few staff to start with... tables were full around us......the dining area was more like BHS cafe....food was okay.... but the experience of the breakfast spoiled the overall view of the hotel and its good parts.
