We arrived at 3.50pm but our room was not prepared. Two wedding partieswere at Cranage Hall, and insufficient staff were left to cater for other guests for the evening meal. The dining room and staff were overwhelmed at breakfast the following morning. I was surprised to find when we arrived that despite your website calling it a hotel, Cranage Hall does not describe itself as a hotel but as a conference centre. My experience was that it catered almost exclusively for parties, whether as conferences or weddings, with individuals / couples being treated almost as a necessary evil to fill up any left over rooms. |

Really nice hotel. Extremely clean and all the rooms are functional with lotes of open space in both the grounds and the hotel itself. The leisure complex was also great with the area immaculately presented. The breakfast choice was also ideal and contrary to some of the other feedbacks |
