Excellent central location, but front looks onto a car park and the back a rather shabby office block so don't expect a room with a view. Interior of the hotel is generally very well presented, although did feel our room needed redecorating to be perfect. The public areas are low key and relaxing, and the staff provide a high level of service without being intrusive. |

Right in the middle of the city, tucked down a side street, it's a gem of a hotel. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, coped with requests easily and with a smile. Stylish design touches throughout with great attention to detail, from the old-style Roberts wireless quietly playing jazz fm as you enter the room or the extensive pillow menu through to the tailor's dummy covered in funky floral material for you to place your jacket on or the dvd and cd player. Excellent food (and that includes the coffee at breakfast), charming sevice. All in all, a real pleasure to stay here. I'll definitely be back! |

stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the food is of excellent quality but quite expensive as is the drink especially the mini bar gin and tonic 10 euros , king size bed was a king size frame but with 2 single matresses that were not of equal heights about a 2-3 inch lip between us, they do not take switch or a personal cheque with guarrentee card and they will only change currency if it is notes, not coin, the room we stayed in was very clean and well presented with a pillow menu sounded good and we left it on the bed on the first morning like the instuctions tell you to do just to try the service, but alas did not get the pillow of choice,,, the room we stayed in 111 over looks a chinese restaurant kitchen so most of the night if you stay in you can smell chinese food being cooked, the hotel is in a great location for all the local sight seeing attractions ie:- temple bar, oconnell street etc, as for the hotel in general i have stayed in better and i have stayed in worse, the staff are friendly and helpfull to a point.... i hope this has been usefull and have a good stay in dublin........ we cannot fault the service we recieved from laterooms ltd as i only called them on the day we actualy went so laterooms ltd get a big 10 out of 10 from us and we will use this company again for bookings in the future....AAAAAA+++++++++ to you thanks |
