Room ok and pretty clean. TV in room had the worst reception ever for a hotel. Breakfast buffet was basic but willing to pay £5 for the cooked breakfast - however we were told that we should have ordered them the night before (not told this on arrival). Not great customer service - a smile and a good morning would have gone a long way! |

Good central location with the added bonus of off street parking at no extra cost. Room was adequate but a few marks on the bed linen lowered the tone. Breakfast is continental..help yourself.. or you can pay £5 extra for a cooked breakfast. Was surprised to find that the hotel didn't have a bar but then there are plenty of bars nearby. |

Advertising offers car parking which is misleading. Six spaces only and the one we were offered would have blocked in four of the spaces. Advised to park on multistory which, for overnight, cost £19!! |
