Not only were we upgraded to an apartment from a standard double at no extra cost, but a small comment that we were staying to celebrate a wedding anniversary resulted in a complementary bottle of wine and 'nibbles' brought to our room. Scored highly on our account. Great central location, polite and efficient staff, stylish and luxurious accomodation. Other friends have also been upgraded to an apartment, maybe as we stayed at the weekend or possibly due to refurb work(not that this affects your stay) |

Double bed was two singles pushed together, not what you expect when you're paying £175 per night. Building work on outside of hotel, fair enough. But Scaffolders working directly outside bedroom window at 9.00am Sunday Morning! |

Everything and everyone was understated, classy and friendly. It was so beautiful. Food lovely, apartment amazing, staff charming. We got a very good deal too so if it comes up again on Late Rooms we will be able to afford to go back! |

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Afternoon tea was superb but otherwise we didn't eat there because the menu looked very expensive. Despite a discount, the room charge was way too high. I appreciate this is a prime London location but my wife commented that there was little difference in quality to a chain hotel just a few hundred yards away but a vast difference in cost. Good location to explore the West End of London on foot, and for Theatreland. Room nice but nothing out of the ordinary. |
