This modern 3 star hotel is very easy to find and convenient when arriving by car, with ample FREE car parking. Located in a unique position for visiting Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall. Offering 24 hour service enabling an early check in and late departure up to 5pm to ensure you make the most of your stay. Both Airport and Plymouth Railway Station are within a short ten minute drive away and the local attractions such as Saltram House, Dartmoor National Park and the Eden Project are very close by including the famous Plymouth Hoe and Barbican. All 100 bedrooms are spacious and fresh offering everything you have come to expect from a 3 star hotel and much more, such as high speed internet access and ‘state of the art’ multimedia television system. For dining, elements restaurant & bar is a new approach to eating and drinking, serving an array of inspirational dishes in contemporary surroundings where the team are knowledgeable and educated in presenting good honest cooking, quality wines and refreshing beverages. Alternatively, simply get deep over the aroma of coffee from an extensive fair-trade coffee menu in relaxing surroundings. Children are always welcome at Novotel, and up to 2 children under the age of 16 years stay FREE of charge on a bed & breakfast basis when sharing their parent’s room. Easy to find plenty of parking very close to the city centre. Larger than the places I normally stay but the sound proofing was very good.

First hotel i have to say i wouldn't stay at again, service in the bar was not good, slow, over an hour for a steak baguette, very understaffed, toenails on the floor in my bedroom, generally not a good stay. Did get an apologetic email from the manager but it appeared to be a standard response

reception staff couteous & professional, lifts not working - room on floor 4, room in a time warp from the late 70's, fixtures & fittings all very aged and worn, bathroom smelt, not recommended even at £70 laterooms discounted rate...YUK!!
