If you're a party animal returning to your hotel room in the early hours of the morning you'll be fine here. Its in the heart of a lively evening economy, a short walk from loads of bars and eateries. Thats its problem too. There's no air conditioning or double glazing so when warm you'll get the full benefit of the noise until 4am. As one of Leeds original unique boutique hotels, its now looking a little tired, and the funishings are in need of a refurb. Theres much better value to be had elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was lacking a hairdryer and the minibar wasn't working.

Absolutely the best and most attentive customer service I have got anywhere, and I travel a lot! The restuarant is excellent, the service spectacular and they do the most amazing value for money 'early bird' deal! Parking is chauffer. Views are very good over the river Eire. Not particularly a business person hotel but it will be one of mine in future... I must stress that the staff were perfectly attentive at all times and most helpful with that forgotten item from the chauffered parked car.
