Great place to stay. Accomodation is excellent. The walk into Bath centre is 15 minutes max and we did this there and back both evenings. There is a bit of a hill though.

139 looks good on the website and even better in reality. Great rooms, excellent service, lovely fresh breakfast ( Im afraid we did make a dent in the Cava - bucks fizz at 8.30 - how decadent!) Yes - its not in the centre of town but then you do have somewhere to park and its only 10 mins walk. Highly recommended

This guest house was fantastic. On arrival they were very accomodating and friendly, and provided us with ample information for our stay.
Fantastic large rooms, high quality beds, and great bathrooms. the breakfast was superb in the morning. Close walk to Bath centre, even uphill it's not too far!

Lovely staff, decoration and rooms. The breakfast is one of the best I have eaten in a B&B. I highly recommend it!
