Nice hotel about £5 in a taxi from the centre of Edinburgh. Pleasant staff and a lively bar area. |

The portions for breakfast were a little small and the coffee was really bad, but other than that it was a really nice second honeymoon. We were delayed at the airport for 6 hours but the hotel still booked us in at 1 am. Thanks for that!! Only other suggestion might be a little softer beds. The bar was full so the hotel let us have our dinner away from the crowd in their lovely little lounge, great service and smiling faces... You need to come to this hotel! |

Would recommend this hotel to any young people looking for somewhere lively. We only paid for a twin room but had 4 single beds and there was still plenty room. The only complaint i have is being woken up at 7am with the bin lorry outside. It wasn't that far from the town about £5 in a taxi. |

Room at front of hotel overlooking Links - reasonable size and nicely furnished. A bit noisey until about 1:00am due to people outside (Saturday night). Very good breakfast. |

I thought the room was not clean. It was a single room but had three beds in it. The television reception was dreadful. There was not remote for televison. The room was large and cold as no heating available. The food was served in the public bar. Food had been delivered off a van and was lying in the public bar. The staff were using the food delivery hoist to both deliver food and also for transporting food in boxes. horrible place. |
