Ideally situated for both business and leisure travellers visiting London. The hotel is opposite Canning Town Underground Station, Docklands Light Railway, and Bus Station. The underground station gives access to the Jubilee Line, giving direct routes to the centre of London and all its attractions within 15 minutes. Canary Wharf and Docklands within 5 minutes. The hotel is ideally located for the new Excel Exhibition Centre, O2 Arena and London City Airport, 5 minutes from the hotel. The 136 bedroom hotel is a stylish and modern hotel, offering guests a comfortable, warm and friendly stay. If you require an accessible room please request this when making your reservation. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and all bedrooms and public areas have WiFi access. Evening meals being served Monday to Friday 6pm to 10pm (except Christmas time - kitchen will be closed as from 20th December 2008 until 4th January 2009).

Friendly professional reception - clean, comforable room. Taxi to airport organised exactly on time - free continental breakfast a bonus.

Nice enough hotel in a horrible area. It is very close to the tube station in order to get to a decent part of london. But you might want to get a taxi instead of braving the 5 minute walk!!!

You won't get complimentary silk bath robes and slippers, free fruits and mineral water in your room, marbled bathroom and a hot English breakfast, but with an Express by Holiday Inn you know what to expect - that is; a generous portion of space, clean rooms and showers, a good nights sleep followed by a complimenetary buffet breakfast, all at a reasonable price.
Get's a bit pricey with major events/shows. However, whether on business or pleasure, you are near to London Airport, Canary Wharf and even central London is only a 20 minute tube ride. So with 4 walls and a bed, good nights sleep and a filling breakfast, can't really complain now can you?

Excellently situated for the O2 being only a couple of mintes walk from a tube station which was only one stop from the O2. The staff were very pleasant, room was clean, pleasant and certainly adequate. I would certainly stay there again if I was going to the O2.

ordered food just after 9 ( a steak ) and didn't get it until after 10!!
food quality OK but not brilliant for £13
