Far to expensive for the quality of the service and rooms. Did not enjoy this hotel at all, room was horrible and noisy. Even my contact lenses, toothpaste and tooth brush went missing, and the staff did nothing about it. All in all a place I will not be visiting again. |

Booked a triple room (3 singles) for myself and the kids. Shown to a dark room whose window was 2 feet from the (very noisy)aircon outlets on top of the bar. Asked to be moved but no other triple rooms available. Offered a double plus sofabed or a double and single. Took the latter. This was baking hot - despite all heating being turned off - and there was an odd smell from the bathroom. Had to leave windows open (due to the heat) and so didn't get any sleep until the hotel (wedding) disco finished just after 1 am. |
