I found the staff at this hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that let the booking down was the room itself., which was on the top floor. It may be that the room we had was an inferior one; I dare say others are better. The beds were too soft, the telly too small and the room was a bit old-fashioned. Admittedly the bathroom was spacious and clean. I wouldn't rule out staying here again as the area is nice, but I would want to see which rooms were available first.

Location was fabulous, window (that opened) overlooking the quay with a window seat.
Food in the restaurant in the evening really good, but bathroom disappointing, a shower that you could not stand up in due to a sloping roof, but that's the nature of the building. Parking 300 metres away, but considering parking in the area it's pretty good to even get any. Very old world cosy bar and lounge, steep stairs to rooms. Wifi but couldn't get it in the room and even too slow to use in the public areas. Brixham a mix of really very new shops and restaurants and really old not refurbished since the 70's pubs, loved it!!

Everything about the Quayside Hotel was off the very highest standard. The staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to help. The food was excellent and varied. We had one of the superior rooms overlooking the quay and we could not fault the cleanliness.
