I found the staff at this hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that let the booking down was the room itself., which was on the top floor. It may be that the room we had was an inferior one; I dare say others are better. The beds were too soft, the telly too small and the room was a bit old-fashioned. Admittedly the bathroom was spacious and clean. I wouldn't rule out staying here again as the area is nice, but I would want to see which rooms were available first. |

Everything about the Quayside Hotel was off the very highest standard. The staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to help. The food was excellent and varied. We had one of the superior rooms overlooking the quay and we could not fault the cleanliness. |
