After camping for 7 nights and travelling 6hrs by car anywhere would have done. However we prebooked this based on what people had said before on this site. The staff were very helpful and friendly an the room we had to the front had a great view. It is true that the bar menu for the evening wasn't the best and I would eat out in the evenings given the choice. The breakfasts were much better though so really it is a bed & breakfast guest hotel. Would go back though and that says a lot. |

Significant investment in the hotel since my last stay has improved things greatly. An unfortunate slip up where my room was not properly checked before I arrived resulted in the room having to be cleaned again. This was disappointing, but was delat with well. Friendly, helpful staff plus a handy and lovely location on the edge of Penrith make this a good choice. |
