The room was very good, seems to have been redecorated recently. The bathroom was not as up-to-date as the rest of the room though and was ready for a refit. Great location for shopping + london attractions. |

Do not stay here! When I first entered my room someone else was in it. My next room seemed OK although it was extremely hot and the carpet had obviously not been cleaned for some time. I changed, went out for dinner and put the air conditioning on. When I came back at around 11:30pm there was a leak from the ceiling from the air conditioning unit which was dripping right by my bed. I obviously had a choice - try and sleep with constant dripping, be very hot all night or move. When I complained I was told that I could move but that the new room had a television and phone that didn`t work. Si I stayed and roasted all night. The `free films` were unavailable and there were no satellite channels as advertised. The staff were friendly enough and tried their hardest to help but frankly this hotel is well past its sell by date. No wonder the rate is so low for London. |

If you are only interested in location , then this is the perfect hotel, just off Oxford Street, and in walking distance from designer brands. The rooms are small, and are in need of a revamp, we have stayed there a couple of times, and thedecor / rooms seems to get worse everytime we stay. |
