An incredibly friendly small hotel. Large and comfortable room, very clean, as was the en suite. The manager went out of his way to be helpful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we go back to Leeds. |

very disappointed with the quality of hotel, had a small double room , should have being classed as a single, unable to switch radiator off. The towels were ancient. Would not return to this hotel again. |

When I arrived they had no knowledge of my booking and although they found me a room with an en-suite shower the room was more like a large cupboard. On the second night I had to go through the same process to be given a different room but this time without even the en-suite. Cheap it may have been (£32 for the second night), but it most certainly was not cheerful. |
