Excellent service despite transition/work in progress not at all noticeable
very happy to see plenty of staff about, all happy to help but unobtrusive
plan to return when new spa is open
also would be interested to bring group of mixed friends for week-end or new year...next year

the location was lovely, the staff very attentive, we did not get the room we originally ordered but was upgraded, we had originally wanted a garden room, but because we would be the only people staying I that wing they put us in the main part of the hotel. The sherry when booking in was a nice touch & the housekeeper came around to make sure everything was ok. The room was spacious & very clean. Overall a wonderful weekend. We took molley the dog with us who also had a great time.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Good leisure facilities. Only criticism would be the noise from the next room which had a spa bath and was very loud and vibrated our room.
