good hotel, convienently placed for what we wanted.

Very friendly - an often used cliche but I mean this.
I needed an iron and board (even though there WAS a trouser press) and the gentleman obliged. very often its these little things that make a stay good.
breakfast was FRESH as was the room. got a good nights sleep and the room was adequately warm when i arrived.
but keep this secret to yourself....

Stayed only one night but loved this boutique style hotel. Were upgraded free of charge on arrival to Pasha Suite with balcony overlooking the square. Warm room, beautifully furnished and loved the fact that the bathroom lights came on automatically as you opened the door-a bonus during the night when not familiar with light switches. Only downside would be blanket and sheet on bed -would have preferred a duvet, but liked the turn-down service when we returned from the theatre. Excellent room service for tea and coffee on request and lovely fresh breakfast in the morning. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Would definitely stay again!

We booked here because of the great reviews and pictures looked good. We booked a 4 post bed. So disappointed because it was in the basement and the walls & door are paper thin so could hear everything and everyone. They gave us two choices of different rooms and we took the terrace room which is so small we were tripping over our bags but the terrace would have been nice if it was a nice day. The did send us a bottle of wine which I give them props but our room cost was the same even though the terrace room should have been a few bucks cheaper. All in all was expecting alot more out of the experience; however, the staff was very nice.

Excellent service and very clean. My room was tiny and there was no drawer space. It was OK for me as I was alone and I only stayed two nights. If I had been with my wife there would not have been enough storage space.
Continental breakfast was included and very good with plenty of choice including fresh fruit. Cooked breakfast was an extra nine pounds but was good also.
I would certainly stay again if I was alone and would highly recommend it to others.
