Fully air-conditioned throughout, many bedrooms have views overlooking the Thames, extensive health and fitness spa facilities, perfect for Weekend Breaks. Our hotel is an entirely non-smoking property. Free car parking is available on site. Just 7 miles from Heathrow Airport and 5 miles from Royal Windsor. The spa is pen from 0630 to 2200 Monday to Friday and 0700 to 2100 Saturday and Sunday. Child access times to the spa are as follows:- Mon to Sunday 0800-1200 and 1500-1900. Please note that once you have checked out of your room, regretfully as the health & fitness spa is a members and residents only club, the spa facilities will no longer be available to you, unless a late departure is agreed in writing by prior arrangement with the reservations team. However, you are more than welcome to continue to use all our restaurants and bar facilities. To check availability for extra beds & family rooms please contact Late Rooms.

By road - Exit at junction 13 of the M25, take the A30 signposted Egham/Windsor/Bagshot. Then take A308 to Windsor. The hotel is just off of the next roundabout - 2nd exit on the right hand side of the road. Waterloo Station offers a regular direct line service to Egham Station which is approximately 2 miles from the hotels. Taxis are usually at the taxi rank at the station. If there is not a taxi available please call Gemini Cars on 0044 1784 471111. Heathrow International Airport is approximately 7 miles from the hotel. Please exit the airport and follow the instructions above for arriving to the hotel by road.

We stayed here overnight for a wedding at the hotel. The setting is perfect and I enjoyed a nice pint overlooking the Thames and the lock prior to the wedding ceremony.
The quality of the food was excellent - piping hot and plenty of it. Extra gravy provided on the tables was a nice touch too!
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were all very accommodating and helpful.
The room was of a high standard. Very nice decor and the double glazing is fantastic! You cannot hear a thing outside, even though the hotel is on Heathrow's doorstep and the road is quite close.
The breakfast was of a high standard - very hot and of good quality. Coffee refills were frequent and staff again were very accommodating in finding us a larger table for our group.
All in all a very pleasant stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was better than any I have had anywhere in the world. Every single contact I had with staff left me feeling that they had gone beyond their call of duty.
All in all couldnt be happier.

I booked this hotel as part of an anniversary present (mainly to use the spa). The spa was excellent, very clean and thestaff were friendly. When we arrived in our room, we were a bit disappointed that it overlooked the car park, but the staff were happy to immediately move us to another room which had a river view.
All in all, we had a lovely stay...my only complaint i would have is that for the cost of a standard room, i would expect it to be bigger - the room was smaller than average and had i paid the standard rate (rather than the discounted rate i got on laterooms) i would have been rather disappointed.
