I booked a double room but put in a twin room so it defeated the purpose and the increase in room price was not acceptable. Reception staff tried to include a credit card charge and eventually removed the cc charge after discussion because it was not stated when booking.

Room small and fixtures bodged together a little. Good price for location though. 20 minutes walk to Royal Albert Hall. Construction work in neighbouring bathroom at 08:15 Monday morning not at all considerate of hotel hence will not return. Avoid ground floor room 154.

what a shame they didn't think to spend some of the money that went into the lobby, restaurant and bar in to decorating the rooms. When I stay in a hotel in London the in house restaurant is always a bonus. I need a good room.

This was the second time we had stayed in the Enterprise Hotel - would be happy to return - good sized clean room, pleasant staff, near subway and an interesting area anyway.
