We have been using this particular hotel for several years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The restaurant is good value. If I have any criticism at all it is that the wine list needs attention. The red wine I chose had a high mark-up but was very downmarket in quality. That niggle aside I would have no hesitation in recommending the Holiday Inn at Newcastle (Seaton Burn). |

Hotel rooms were nice and clean and fresh. The breakfast in the mornings was lovely with plenty to eat for everybody. The leisure facilities were fine but could do with updating. All in all a pleasant stay and would book again to go to any Holiday Inn. (Drinks at the bar were a wee bit pricey!!) |
