A very good hotel situated in a very central position. The staff were very friendly and made our stay comfortable. Our only criticism was that the car park was full and we had to use a nearby public car park. We would definitely stay there again.

The food in the restaurant was very mediocre. The room was nice, staff were friendly. We would stay here again (but not eat our evening meals there) because of the very central location.

It's a chain hotel so you know what you're getting - huge, impersonal, slightly tired decor but fit for purpose as a VERY central base for visiting Chester. room very warm but aircon helped. Pool area inviting and well kept, ideal for quick dip. Hot buffet breakfast was fine, nice touch was individual omelettes cooked in front of you on request. Hotel parking but £7.50 per day was a bit steep.
