You need to get the maintenance people to do a better job
There was a light out in room
The shaving light didn't work in bathroom
There was unbelievable water-hammer between my room and 123 where my colleague was
The TV remote didn't work properly
Finally, a heater of some sort in the bathroom is required

When we arrived we checked into our room only to find that it wasn't ready and hadn't been cleaned. Dirty bed sheets, towels and plates/cups all over. We had to wait another half hour for the room to be sorted which was a dissapointment. On checkout there was extreme confusion to whether or not the full balance had been paid or not...and the receptionist was pretty clueless too. Apart from this i would say the stay was fine and would stay again.
