we arrived past the check in time at half past 3 (check in time is from 2), only to be told that we could only have a twin room as ours wasnt ready and we were in a rush to go out. they still charged us the same price and the rooms were nothing like what they show on the website. |

We arrived and were met with a very courteous and smart fellow who cheerfully booked us into our room. The same fellow gladly furnished us with an extra pillow from the 'pillow menu' which was in our room when we returned from lunch in the town. The room was comfortable and very warm but not stuffy. The bathroom was functional with masses of hot water for a powerful shower- one down point was the small detail finish which looked amateurish though I am particularly aware of these details few non-tradespeople will pick up on them. Also, the room could only be bettered (in my estimation) by the provision of more sachets of coffee, sugar and tea. An all round very comfortable stay with few downpoints. |
