There were 2 major problems with the Hotel. We specifically requested an early alarm call and we also included this information on the booking in form. There was no call and staff were unable to explain why. When the bill arrived we were charged for a meal which we had not had. On investigation they had charged another guests meal to out bill. Prospective customers be aware of shortcomings |

My first impression was not good as I couldn't find the hotel; the sat nav took me onto the M5 and there appears to be a missing hotel sign in directions from the M5 J1 roundabout. Once I had arrived, the rooms were rather on the small side, but obviously modernised recently so they were clean and tidy. The TV in my room had subtitles stuck on permanently which appeared to be beyond the knowledge of maintenance to fix it. Reception did offer to move me to another room, so at least there was a resolution if I wanted it. Restaurant was fine and what I would expect for the price. Very friendly staff, so overall I have no complaints with the hotel. Will certainly stay there again. |

This hotel took me over 2 hours to find. It is hidden within a housing estate and the signage for it from the main road is unlit and hidden behind a tree. The reception staff are not very good at advising how to get to them when you phone up. Very frustrating. |
