Despite the service and food both being excellent I wouldn't stay at the Beauchief again unless the internet connection was improved. The wireless network did not reach my room so I had to sit in the reception area to do some important business. Even in the reception area (where the signal is supposedly best), the connection was very poor and I had difficulty downloading and sending important documents. My ground floor room (120) smelled damp but I had already moved rooms once because my TV didn't work and couldn't face another move. |
