the hotel was "ok" at best. when booking it through mylaterooms, it said the rooms were meant to be £150. i would have been extremely disappointed to have paid that much for what was a very average hotel room. there was no handsoap in the bathroom. the noise from the gym 2 floors below was very loud as exercise classes were being conducted. the facilites and staff in the leisure club were quite good though. i would stay there again at the cheaper price we got the room for (£70/£60) but I would probably look elsewhere first. |

The facilities were fantastic (the best gym and pool in any hotel I've ever stayed at), the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great tasting and good value for money. The only negative was that the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable - what a shame because this is the only thing that would stop me staying here regularly. |
