From the North - Travel down A14 accessible from the M6, M1 and A1. Continue towards Cambridge and follow signs onto M11. Do not exit before exit 11. Follow the signs for the City Centre for approx 3 miles until you come to two mini roundabouts. Turn right at the second roundabout and continue until you reach a set of traffic lights, at which you turn left. Continue along Regent Street for about 600 yards until you reach the pedestrian crossing, on your right is the hotel. From the South - Travel around M25 to junction 27 which is the M11. Turn off and proceed up the M11 until junction 11 and follow the directions as above.

Some areas very much in need of refurbishing. Pleasant staff. Expensive car parking but very convenient.

Old fashioned, grotty rooms. Not worth even the very discounted rate I received via LateRooms. Reception staff were almost non-existant - people trying to call me in my room didn't get an answer when calling reception. Despite claiming that toiletries could be purchased at reception when I contacted them about buying some toothpaste I received a very curt answer that they had run out - no suggestion of anywhere nearby I could get some either! Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in for years.
