I like the location of the hotel in the new town. It was close to my meeting and had a few good sites to see nearby. |

The restaurant was under renovations so there everybody had to eat in the bar, which wouldn't have been a problem if the bar was properly staffed. There were some very frustrated customers. The phone system wasn't working so nobody, including front desk staff, could make outigoing calls. Again, very frustrating. There was no air conditioning, which I knew, but it got very noisy when we had to open the window for fresh air - it's on a busy intersection and there was heavy contruction going on across the street. Parking was 15 pounds per day, which I find very high. I got this room for 59 pounds on this website and I found the value for money to be VERY good. I would recommend this again for that reason, but not if I had to pay a lot more. The employees were not overly friendly but not rude either ... but they definitely didn't apologize for the inconveniences. |

Only problem was lack of a hairdryer in the room which was not rectified when we requested one. |

Hotel was very nice and in great location. Our room smelled of smoke, was asked if we could be moved and this was done immediately and all staff were very helpful. Food was great, bar a bit pricey but service excellent. |
