Unfortunately we were given a room over a function room which had loud music going on until 1.00 in the morning. We were not warned of this although the night manager said we should have been. We did complain and changed rooms for the second night. This did however mean packing and unpacking all our things again. The hotel is in a good position and the furnishings and decor was very good. |

Long queues at reception to book in, they had lost my document and fax confirmation - room was poky and small and the dining room experience horrible - most of the staff were rude, made me feel stupid for not knowing where to sit (bar or dining area) and were condescending. Sub-standard hotel with prices that were completely out of kilter with the service. |
