Hotel is fine. Not sure it is a 4 star hotel and would not feel that I was getting value for money if I was payoing full price.
That said perfectly OK for an overnight and well situated for restaurants etc. Staff very helpful.

asked for some extra tea bags, waited for 30minutes before asking again, they had clearly forgotten about us.
The extra £20 added onto our bill in case we used room service wasn't refunded immediately after we checked out, as promised. I got my money back a couple of days later.
Other than those 2 little niggles, the room was spot on, great view.

The hotel was good value for money, rooms were clean and the hotel overall was well presented. Also the hotel is central to all the local ammenities and helps to avoid the use of buses or taxis. Would stay there again no problem.
