Road: from M5 junction 30, take A379 signposted Exeter/Dawish. At roundabout follow B3182 towards city centre. Follow signs to Central rail station, hotel is opposite. Rail: Exeter Central Station is directly opposite the hotel or Exeter St Davids Station is 1m from the hotel. Air: from Exeter Airport approx. 7m either by bus or taxi. Car Parking is very limited at the hotel and is strictly on a first come first served basis. A £5 charge applies to all guests that do park ocvernight in our car park.

convenient location right next to central rail station, but still quiet and good area of city

Third stay in a month but won't be back. The hotel did not have our booking and we ended up in a twin room. Breakfast was dis-organised, with no plates and forgotten coffee/cold egg.

The website forgot to mention the building work going on. They kindly put me in a room with a view as requested but failed to mention that this was above a very busy student bar with a late licence until 1am. As usual there was no air conditioning in the room and so we had a choice of a very hot room with reduced noise if the window was closed, or a bearable room with the window open but with loud noise throughout the night!!!
The breakfast was excellent and the staff very polite.
