Fortunately my two nights were at the much reduced rate (£89) through Laterooms, had it been at the full rate I would have been most annoyed. The room was on the small side, suufered from the noise of either the kitchens or extractor fans as well as being very hot (no A/C. The lighting was so dim it was difficult to read. Had dinner in the bar area, but even so this was expensive and lacking in choice as well as being of limited quantity - very poor value. Initially was told my rate included the £12 breakfast, but found on checkout it did not; fortunately this charge was then deleted. Staff were very efficient and pleasant. |

The location of hotel wasily found. The staff were unhelpful, confusing and inefficient. I was very disappointed with the stay. Breakfast, despite being quite expensive was non existant. I waited by the breakfast bar for the food to be replemished. It didn't happen. I gave up on it. There were workmen working outside my room. The noise started after reception had phoned to see if the room was okay. I don't know whether this was coincidental or not. |
