Hotel was nice, reception, lobby, lounge etc had a high quality feel to it. However this feel was not carried in the bedroom. I was disappointed with my double room, it was small and tired looking, rooms could do with a refurbish - travel inn rooms are better. A fitted quilt cover would have been nice on the quilt instead of sheets wrapped around a worn out quilt. I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the full price that the hotel normally charges (from £90 a room), as I paid a lower price, thanks to LateRooms, I felt I had paid for what I got - I would possibly use the hotel again as it was very central and in the main clean and comfortable, but I would not use them as first choice. |
