I have to admit that I was very nervous about staying here, as I read the reviews AFTER I'd made the booking. However in contrast to the reviews already posted here I found the staff very friendly (especially the girl in the restaurant who dealt with us all the time). I don't understand why previous reviews have been so poor. |

I almost cancelled my booking at this hotel after reading other online reviews, but I'm glad I didn't! The hotel was situated in a quiet location and was clean and recently decorated. My room was spacious and comfortable and the service in the restaurant was very good, altho the hotel was quiet- probably because of all the poor reviews it has had in the past! The food was good both at dinner and breakfast time. The gym is small, but everything in it was working and the pool was warm. The sauna was out of order but the steam room was on. I felt this hotel was excellent value for money and would go there again. |

We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stay before leaving from Liverpool (John Lenon) Airport early next morning. Rooms are quite comfortable & clean and comprable to most Quality Hotel standards. We booked through Late Rooms & found the stay to be value for money for our purposes. Breakfast was not included in the deal we had. |
