Our first room had no hot water for shower, broken bedside lamp, no sound on TV and thumping bass sound till early hours (we were forewarned about this). On complaining about first three, we were moved to a "better" room at the front of the hotel for the next two nights. Here we had light and TV but still no hot water for shower, and drunks yelling in the street outside at 3am both mornings. Management sent us a complimentary bottle of wine and explained hot water boiler on blink. |

Fantastic location. The bar in the hotel was the best one we came across in dublin. great music and atmosphere. our room was on the first floor and was therefore a little noisy but only until 1AM so ok if you are not early to bed. How can anyone be early to bed in dublin. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanted a very central base in a lively spot. Would recommend using the bus from the airport as bus stop just around the corner and only 12 euros each return. |
