The room was a little disappointing, especially the second bedroom which was quite small and not ensuite. Whilst I would admit that the Aprtment description did not specify ensuite it woould have been a lot nicer as there were two couples occupying the apartment. The shower room was very tired and there was black mould around the shower seals. There were no tea towels in the apartment. Also, we ordered ,at a cost of £4, use of in-room Wi-Fi which did not work (I beleive owing to a faulty router) but the staff were not particulalrly interested in helping out merely referring us to a helplinee that would charge US to put it right. Finally, when we checked into the Apartment the reception staff insisted on charging us VAT on top of the agreed Laterooms price although they did eventually relent after us showing them our booking and persisting with them. They claimed it was the fault of Laterooms and not theirs but offered no apology. |
