Worst Hotel I have stayed in for business purposes. First room I was issued was next to a very noisey lift, managed to get moved to another room which was certainly quieter, but was the size of a postage stamp (after being sent to a room with someone in it..... Shocking). Ate in the bar one evening and the service was appauling (miserable bar man), and the toffee apple crumble was cold and no sign of any toffee. When asked to sort it out, the food was removed, pushed in the microwave and sent back - disgusting, didnt eat and refued to pay. This is no where near a 4 star service hotel, except I would assume for the small gym and sauna room - my suggestion would be to stay away and get something better. Very dissapointing..... |
