I have stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed my stay, I booked through late deals 3 weeks prior to our stay booking a double bedroom for 2 nites. on arrival we were given the room only to find it had twin beds. I complained and was told they were unable to move me until the next day. however we left the hotel and complained only to be told booking a double room through late deals does not gaurantee that you will get a double on arrival. On return the next day we were given a double room that was of high standards but the evening meal has a lot to be desired, The money you pay, you would expect a high quality but unfortunitly this is disappointing. It would help if the waiting staff could understand what you are requesting. this is a down fall at the hotel, some of the staff do not speak or understand english. however the breakfast is good. |

Having got a bargain priced room via late rooms we expected a smaller room and one that probably didnt have the best of views. However, we arrived to find we had been allocated a massive room with every facility you could need and a gorgeous view out over Loch Leven to the Pap of Glencoe. This has ensured that we will return to The Isles and also recommend to friends and family. I should add that the breakfast selection was also very impressive and tasty and the staff made an effort to smile and be friendly. |

We managed to get this hotel for £59 per night which didn't include breakfast, and what a bargain. The view from our room alone was worth the money. 3 huge velux windows looking out onto the water with dramatic mountains overlooking. Simply stunning. |
