The Residence is one of the first Aparthotel built in Florence and with thanks to the experience gained in thirty-year business, the Client may benefit from the best welcome during his tourist or working stay. It is a five floors modern building, with three lifts, a spacious Hall the Reception and the parking area (50 cars). It is located at “Porta al Prato”. It is 10 minutes on foot from the old town, the central railway station, the Congress centre and exhibition halls. It is also 10 minutes by car from the Airport of Florence and the Motorway A1. At disposal of clients a self-laundry and bicycles. It has 47 large apartments (1 to 4 people) with big windows and the most with balconies too. They have sitting-room one or two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, cleaning service and bed linen, air conditioning, ecc. Many apartments are recently renovated on maintenings theirs typical style and design.
