Brooks Guesthouse

Brooks guesthouse is a friendly family run guesthouse in the centre of Bath. All the rooms are uniquely styled & individual with new pocket sprung mattresses, cotton bed linen, fluffy bath sheets, flat screen TV’s and DVD players.
Free access to the internet is available on a laptop in the guest lounge, and Wifi is available throughout the guesthouse.
We have 21 bedrooms ranging from family rooms to single rooms, 19 of which have en-suite bathrooms. Three rooms have been upgraded with new bathrooms, 18 bathrooms are a three star standard and will be upgraded on an ongoing basis.
We love our food so have sourced the best local suppliers to offer you the choice of full English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, home made muesli and organic yoghurt and compotes. We supply fair trade tea and coffee. We also have a guest fridge for your use, situated by the breakfast room.
We are licensed premises so can make you a drink at the end of a busy day visiting Bath’s tourist attractions, spa’s or shopping
Apologies we do not have our own car park; however parking is available behind us in Charlotte Street car park, which costs £8 for 24 hours. Alternatively free parking is available at royal Victoria park; a 5 minute walk to the guesthouse
