Simon and Caroline's contemporary Georgian townhouse offers comfortable and stylish rooms in a lovely Regency Square . Many rooms seafacing and ensuite with flat screen t.v/dvd. A stones throw from the beach and pier and a stroll to all the attractions, shops, restaurants and conference centre. The University and Marina are a short bus/taxi ride away.
Guests enjoy getting together in a large sunny bay windowed front room overlooking the sea to experience freshly prepared locally sourced and organic 'Sussex breakfast' .

Nice place to stay. Owner very helpful. Rooms are nice. Have extended my stay by an extra week!!
