This small family run guest house in a restored 17th century country house is set in 10 acres on a hillside location with views over the countryside, local towns and the mountains beyond.

Offering bed and breakfast accommodation, the house is divided into four Majorca apartments, each designed in a different style, blending the rustic charms of a traditional Mallorcan finca with the comforts of contemporary living. All of our Majorca apartments have sitting room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, private terrace, air-conditioning/central heating, satellite TV, CD player and hairdryer. Rooms are cleaned daily.

The pool and surrounding terrace with loungers and parasols are in full sun all day. Should you need to escape the sun for a while there are quiet spots around the grounds that offer more shade. Inside, the reception hall with its old stone walls ensures there is somewhere cool at any time of day and in the well stocked library there are books for all tastes plus a selection of board games.

From Palma Airport: Turn left out of airport car park and remain in Left Hand lane following signs to Palma and Santanyi Move into Left Hand Lane and follow sign to Santanyi Continue onto motorway After 1.5 km take exit signposted Platja de Palma & Manacor At roundabout turn Left to Manacor and cross over next roundabout, still signposted Manacor After 2km keep left and at roundabout take 2nd exit towards Manacor After 2km cross over a further roundabout (at the end of the runway!) After 1 km at next roundabout take 1st exit to Manacor (MA15) After 11.5km at roundabout take 2nd exit towards Manacor (MA15) (ignore signs to Cami Vell de Porreres) After 5km cross over roundabout towards Manacor (MA15) After 1.2km take right hand exit (Junction 29) to Porreres Follow slip road passing Orquidea factory on your right) to T-junction. At T-junction turn left and take 1st exit off roundabout towards Porreres After 4.4km, cross over roundabout signposted Llucmajor & Campos –and after a further 0.9 km turn right into Cami de s’Olivar. After 1.1km (we are not the pink house!) pass a cutting in the rocks and take 2nd track on the left - immediately after the electricity pylon (look for sign "Finca Son Jorbo)
