Ashtree farmhouse dates from the 18th century and is set in 10 acres of farmland with beautifully landscaped gardens. Guests enjoy a very special location with far reaching views of the Ridgeway. The rooms are warm and inviting and have been designed with rich textures and beautiful fabrics. An excellent traditional farmhouse breakfast is provided using our own free range eggs, honey and home produce when in season. Breakfasts are served in the elegant farmhouse dining room. Ashtree is ideally situated for business travellers or as a week-end getaway for touring and walking. It is a perfect base for exploring the picturesque towns and villages of the Cotswolds which are famous for their pretty villages, honey coloured stone houses and gorgeous landscapes. With excellent links to A34, M40, M4 and London, Oxford is just 15 minutes drive.
Room facilities include TV, hairdryers, toiletries and towels. A hospitality tray with a choice of tea and coffee is provided. All rooms have free wireless Internet access.
A two-bedroom self-catering luxury cottage is also available.
We regret we are unable to accommodate children or pets. All rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Stayed in the suite room and really enjoyed the visit. Very high standards throughout and, although a business trip this time, I'll return with my first wife in the near future ! Excellent pub grub options within 10 mins drive.

The combination of an idyllic location, exceptional décor, delicious food and warm reception gave us a much needed mini-break whilst staying here. In fact, we’ve booked for another weekend before we become first time parents! We recommend Ashtree Farm to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away from the city.

Absolutely stunning location – it poured with rain during our stay but was still beautiful – the photos here do not do it justice! Very friendly, lovely rooms, awesome breakfast and really could not have asked for any more. Well located too. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Very useful location for both Oxford and Bath. Beautiful , and very comfortable accommodation, with all needs catered for. The breakfast was vast,well presented and cooked. Our hosts were very welcoming and it was a shame we had only booked for one night. We shall return...!
