I booked this room quite late, and on arrival there was no one there to show me to the room, after a short while someone turned up surprised that i had a booking. The managed apartment was excellent though, home from home, all the luxuries of your own place if not better. Ideal stopover and will book one of these again, either here or other parts of the country. A nice touch was the owner called me the next day and apologised for the misunderstanding on my arrival, an error in communication between the booking and him being notified. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND |

we wanted to leave feedback at the apartment on the form, but no pen. you might want to provide some bowls as we had to eat cereal in mugs. also the cooker did not work, so the food we bought which needed to go in an oven, not a microwave, could not be eaten. but apart from this we would book this again. |

I accidently booked the appartment for 1 person not two so rather than go back through the booking system again I added a note in special requests to say there were 2 of us. This did not get passed on so there were only 1 set of towels and breakfast more geared to one. The appartment seemed brand new and unused. The freezer would not open as the kitchen door was in the way!! No oven gloves so using the oven was quite tricky. The bath ran out of hot water quite soon and so was unexpectedly cold. The TV had only a few working channels so we struggled to get X factor so it was not fuzzy. I'm sure with a few minor changes this place would be first class. It was modern, clean and spacious in comparison to a hotel room but these little extra touches would make all the difference. |
