L'Hotel is characterized from an old farmhouse situated on the hill near Siena, from whose city walls it’s only distant 1,500 m. The farmhouse respects the rustic Tuscan style and the complex offers three apartments that have been faithfully restored. The apartments have been gained from the old buildings that in the past were assigned to the rural activities (coach house, barn and wine vault). Close by the complex you can find a horse riding ground, some restaurants, stores and swimming pools. L'Antica Fonte Residenza is situated in a very strategic position, from there it’s easy to reach the most beautiful cities of art of Tuscany: the nearest one is Siena (1,5 Km), recognised like one of the most beautiful towns of art of the region, it is encircled from countryside with evocative landscapes and charming colours; Florence (Km 55); San Giminiano (km 30); Pienza (km 35); Volterra (km 45) and the wonderful “Chianti” where is possible admiring beautiful landscapes and tasting good wines. Moreover, tourists can explore marvellous place following itineraries along the Francigena’s way.

This place was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Our unit had a dishwasher AND a washer/dryer for clothes....but there was a hidden charge to actually USE them.....When we checked out, the owner charged us 5 euros for one dishwasher load we ran (using our own soap) and 5 euros for a load of laundry....much more expensive than a laundromat....
