We booked this hotel, as we only needed somewhere to sleep overnight and needed an early start and the hotel was in close proximity to the Leeds ring road. |

Ok hotel, but worn around the edges eg TV remote didn't work, tiny TV, bathroom tap broken and other minor things. Not really worth the money but friendly owners. |

The hotel was very easy to find and lovely and homely. Brian the owner was lovely and was happy to deal with any of my queries. I had a very restful night's sleep in a comfortable room where there was very minimal traffic noise and plenty of access to local restaurants and eateries which were just up the road. I went to bed knowing I had a full english breakfast waiting for me when I awoke in the morning, which was delicious. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Leeds. |
