Room was very small, but bed and sheets clean and comfortable.
Bathroom exceptionally small, you couldn't do anything in there not even undress. Bathroom was very clean though and if you are a size 0 it'll be fine.
Customer Service was very good.
Window's wouldn't close so we were awoken at 6am by the planes and unable to sleep anymore as they flew by every minute. Its also on a very busy road.
The TV also came on of its own accord at about 6.30am and blasted us awake.
Easy to find and parking good.

Usual London type hotel. Very clean and staff freindly. the ensuite has to be seen to be believed. very similar to the facilities on an aeroplane only less room! The shower head was broken and there was no soap or shampoo for the shower.
Just like a normal hotel room only 10 times smaller.

Room is great, just a shame the bathrooms are tiny, only just fit in, I'm 5ft 10" and medium build!! The down side was only one person working when I stayed and she had to do reception and bar, she advised no food as no chef on!!!!!!!!!!!! Didnt feel comfortable going for a walk late at night to find food so that was a major let down

first impression was favorable, the room was quite spacious, however the only facility for clothes hanging was a metal rack fixed to the wall in the bathroom .this was like a hatrack with coat hooks underneath high on the wall.this held the towels as there was no towel rail. this was a disabled room, so it would have been out of reach for someone in a wheel chair.
There was no soap at all in the bathroom. the real problem though was the dining arrangements which totally ruined our stay.
When booking a continental breakfast for three the day we arrived I asked if the hotel had Soya milk (if not I would buy some in London) I was assured that they did. The following morning at breakfast time we were told by the only member of staff on duty that they did not have Soya milk. My husband searched the local shops and bought some so we went into breakfast to be served by the long haired receptionist with no apron and, loose hair. there was no sign of the bread and croissants that were advertised. when asked she said well what do you want toast or croissant , when you tell me I will get it. There was no offer of a Drink. The fruit element was a bowl with a few apples in it. Cooked meat 3 slices of beef and 3 of very cheap looking ham under a dome. I did not like the look of it as I raised the dome the smell was horrific the beef was sticky and slimy with a green coating, it was not at all chilled as though it had not been refridgerated. There were vacum packed fingers of cheese which were sticky. We were appaled at the state of this meal priced at £6.50 per head. Clearly they were not following Food Hygiene regulations and were a serious health hazard. We complained ,paid for the room onlyand left without eating feeling shocked and bitterly disappointed also hungry.
