Really good hotel.. Only negative, and at that a minor one would be that room was too hot even with window open.

The manager went out of his way to be friendly and helpful; We took our 18 month old who he was wonderful with. A cot was provided, and he was full of recommendations of where to go.

We learn that there are some curious travellers who do not want their rooms serviced. We recommend that those little door hanging labels be introduced. 'Do not Disturb' on one side and 'Please make up my Room' on the other. This should sort the problem!
Great stay and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Hotel was lovely, very clean and well kept. The manager was very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and the bathroom was clean and well looked after. It was really close to the seafront and Kemp Town shops but in a quiet area which was great, perfect for a weekend break.

For the price of the room we thought that there were a few things that could be improved,
1] Coffee/tea making facility in the room
2]Hair dryer
3]Iron
We found the room was very warm and when we tried to open the sash cord window it would not stay open, had to hold it up with an empty bottle.
The room was very clean and comfortable and newly decorated to a high standard but the few things mentioned above would make quite a differance.
