Our apartments on both sites are primely located in the city centre. The Lucas Building apartments are located near the Gasworks Commercial Centre, where the Ormeau Road meets Ormeau Avenue. Within a 5 minute drive of the M2 (Northbound) Motorway, M3 (Eastbound) and M1 (Southbound). The Victoria Place apartments are located off Great Victoria Street within a 2-3 minute drive of the Westlink, linking all arterial routes into and out off the city.

Staying at this apartment was great it meant you had your own space in excellent and comfortable surroundings. The apartment was furnished to an extremely high standard. Location was fantastic right near the centre and very close to bars and restaurants. Everything we needed for our stay was provided i.e local information and even a loaf of bread, butter, jam and milk were provided. I would reccommend anyone to stay here as it is much more comfortable than a hotel... a home from home.
