Located on the prestigious Queens Promenade with easy access to the airport,train station, town centre and all attractions. This hotel was very friendly and clean and the food was lovely. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the poor quality of the shower. if you prefer a bath you would be ok, however, I am very much a shower person. I think, this hotel, however, maybe undergoing a refit of some of the facilities.

the bedrooms were an ok size but i have never ever sleplt on a more ;umpy, hard, horrible bed, the pillows were awful aswell. in the bathroom the toilet didnt flush and leaked, the shower had no hot waterand the bath was filthy.

Parking very limited - get there early. Very welcoming owner. Room as expected for location and price. Breakfast - fantastic. We paid £60 for family room - well worth the money as it included a full cooked breakfast.

My only complaint was that there was no hot water coming through the taps or the shower due to an airlock. Management were full of apologies and did point us to a bathroom on another floor that was ok.
